The duration and content of the consultation will be determined based on the package or service selected by the client. 3. Booking and Payment: Clients must book the consultation in advance through the website and make the necessary payment as specified. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific circumstances or at the discretion of Steph. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 3 days' notice for any rescheduling requests. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a forfeiture of the consultation fee or a rescheduling fee. 5.
