MY APPROACH

I have supported mothers, partners and families throughout pregnancy, birth and the early post-birth days for over 16 years. The most common thing I work with and encounter is a lack of knowledge, support and clear, concise (evidence-backed) advice.

I believe that every family deserves access to reliable information, compassionate guidance, and unwavering support during their feeding journey.

 

I aim to empower and assist families to navigate this unique experience with confidence and ease. Helping families make informed choices that are right for them.

Breastfeeding support

home visit

I will visit you at home, so you don't need to worry about leaving the house with a newborn. The visit tends to last 1-2 hours, but I will stay for as long as needed to watch a complete feed and help you move forward - £80

Infant feeding preparation & support package.

Offers comprehensive support for new parents and includes a private preparation session (antenatal) and 2 post birth home visits for support £165
