Come and prepare for the birth of your baby with Steph, a highly experienced professional birth educator, infant feeding specialist, breastfeeding counsellor, and former NHS midwife. Held over four consecutive Wednesday evenings: October 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th. 7-9 pm Parent Prep session - TBC Two online sessions - TBC Light refreshments, a workbook, a lending library, and ongoing support are included. 14, The Hay Yard, Anchorage Ave, Shrewsbury, SY2 6NH

Terms and conditions Birth Preparation+ course is not a substitute for medical advice. All information given is advice only. Whilst I am happy to talk things over with you, you and your medical professionals are the only decision makers regarding your pregnancy, labour and birth. If you have any concerns regarding your health and well-being, or that of your baby, please contact your midwife or doctor. If the baby arrives before the course starts a full refund will be given. When making a booking please ensure you can attend ALL the dates listed for the group course you are booking onto. It is not possible to 'retake' a session within another group course. If you are poorly and unable to attend a session Steph will endeavor to catch you up at a time that suits us both. If Steph is unwell we will move to Online teaching if possible. If seriously unwell the session will be rearranged to an agreed date that suits all participants.
