One-on-One Coaching: You will have direct access to Steph who is a qualified antenatal teacher, hypnobirthing practitioner, doula, and breastfeeding counselor. Steph will be with you every step of the way, addressing your concerns, offering guidance, and providing emotional support. Steph can also accompany you to your antenatal appointments, providing you with continuity and reassurance.

Antenatal Education: When you understand how birth works, you can work with your body rather than against it! Some pregnancy preparation courses fall drastically short and have a one-size-ticks-all approach. Not here! Steph will work with you and prepare for you for every type of birth. Helping you understand all of your options. Knowledge is power. You'll gain confidence in understanding your body's changes, optimal positioning and preparing for childbirth.
