COVID 19 Restrictions: We hope to hold this workshop face to face, but in the event of tighter COVID 19 restrictions/lockdown it will be held via Zoom video confrence.
Birth Nerd (Steph) and Nurture & Nest (Lotte) have joined forces to bring you this fabulous
workshop, fully preparing you for life with a newborn baby. The workshop is packed full of useful
tools and information, but here is a brief overview:
Caring for your baby

We will take you through everything from feeding, changing bathing and cord care for your baby right the way through to blood spot tests and vitamin K.
Preparing you

We will what to expect and how to prepare for the first 6 weeks following the birth of your baby. Covering emotional and physical changes, from managing the feeling of being overwhelmed right the way through to having your first poo!

Navigate the logistics of becoming new parents and signpost you to further support that you may need.
